"Booked Vivanta Guwahati for a stay and had their buffet dinner on 13th Oct'21. Disgusting Food! My parents were vomitting after having buffet dinner and i was suffering from gas. We had eaten a lot of buffet in our lives but never encountered such quality of food. Mutton smelled and tasted like camel meat. When we asked them about this smell they said that mutton to procured from Rajasthan to Guwahati, though Kolkata is nearer to the city. They are running "con" business in my opinion."

"Such an amazing hotel chain with great service and facilities and the group also owns a renowned IT company and still the mobile app is not organised at all... It is glitchy and the interface is too complicated. * The app does not show previous stays in the booking history or any such details even right after the booking and before the check in * It should have a common dashboard to show the membership details and to link the stay with the membership * there is more but all of this need a revamp"
